ECG Basics - Times and Speeds | Large and Small Squares/Boxes | Calculation of Heart Rate
This video shows Time and Speed concepts in the ECG. A Large Square in ECG is equal to 0.20s (200ms) while a Small Square is equal to 0.04s (40ms).
5 Large Squares = 1 Second
300 Large Squares = 1 Minute
Heart Rate = 300/Number of Large Squares in RR Interval. This heart rate calculation formula is for regular heart rhythms.
Normal PR Interval = 3 to 5 Large Squares = 0.12s to 0.20s (120ms to 200ms).
A shorter PR Interval shows that electrical current is being produced nearer to the AV Node and is not produced in the SA Node.
Normal QRS Complex = 3 Large Squares = 0.12s (120ms).
A wider QRS Complex indicates some conduction problem in the ventricles.

This is math. Numerator mein rakh kar hi answer sahi aata he.@@riyamasih7422
