Since 2017, Roland and Kodo have been exploring the possibilities of electronic instruments and Japanese drums together. This collaboration has led to the long-awaited launch of TAIKO-1 later this year. In this programme, the cast of Kodo members will show you the amazing features of this innovative drum and its potential to take traditional taiko drumming into the future!
