In our city you have to turn the bike around so the chain goes through the back wheel and frame. Leaving a bike locked by the front wheel means the bike may be gone when you're finished shopping. All that will be left is the front wheel chained to the bike stand. If your rack is big then push the bike through the U bit of the stand to get the chain to fit through the bike frame and bike stand.

i don't wear spandex but they usually are the ones that handle their bikes in a straight line & mindful. many casual riders ride erratically, wobbling left & right, blocking the path as they go. i find occupying the entire road rude. those are the problematic ones as you make your way through.

you should always ride with the direction of traffic, even on a sidewalk. Most drivers won't look both ways when making a turn on red.

E-bike company customer service isn't the only type of company with bad service. A big electronic doorbell company that I unsuccessfully tried to deal with ducked today. Got stuck with a stupid AI bot. I need to try again. Seeing the "Vroom" reminded me that today.when my wife and I were driving home on a 50 mph limit stretch in the right lane. This is in an urban area. A car passed us on our left going at least 90. Less than a mile, the car turned. What the heck?

I see that you ride the sidewalks rather than the bike lane in the street. I'm kind of in the middle on this subject. Sometimes I feel that riding the sidewalk in non Commercial areas works out to be the safer way. However, vehicles pulling in/out of businesses think they have the right of way, and i've had some close calls. What is your take on this??

Call the company support for each bike, order a derailer hanger (these are particular to the bike) tell them yours is damaged and your willing to buy a new one, then see if it is in stock and how long it takes. Should only be $10. Also ask if you could order a spare screen and controller and see what the response is?

Just curious about why you ride on a side walk when a bike lane is provided. In my area e-bikes are not allowed on most sidewalks.

Be nice if they would put tunnel walkways across roads for bikes and pedestrians

When I ride my bike to the local Publix, I lock it up where the railings if there is no bike rack.

How does the Velotric Fold 1 compare to the Portola? We are over 65 and are shopping for the best e-bike for our age.

I reluctantly sold my Portola to a neighbor. But I wish I wish I had kept it. Both are very similar, and both very good. Between these two, its probably just a toss up. Make sure you get the larger battery option for the Portola if you decide on that one. Other than that, maybe let color options be the deciding factor.

23 mins is a pretty lengthy video! ive stated adding my edits to my ride videos because otherwise they r 30-35 mins! most people dont wanna watch a 30-35 minute video every video. i think he does a good job of editing and making the video flow----mine not so much lol
