I think it would be nice to make this boss more special, because it is basically just a water elemental Valhalla, but I like the water cannon bubble attack.
Its cool,but... it's a fourth Neon Tank in EBF!It Will be more great,if its will be a cool Neon Tank from EBF2

Maybe you can give it a gimmick stat debuff like drouned, which would be like the poisoned status effect except its water damage, and it does more damage every turn. Giving you a aoft time limit to win this fight or it just keeps going until you destroy the nautical cannon that triggered it. Or maybe give it the ability to summon kamikaze drones that have to be killed quickly or they blow up the field with water damage. Hurting the party while healing Neon Herving. Or make so that when it gets new turrets they can be Elecetric elemental, ice elemental or water elemental so it can take better advantage of the wet status effect.
