Words may not fully express my entire feelings about this piece of work. There is something rather unusual about Ebenezer (the song). As an instrumentalist with an anointing for music, I can tell you that it is very unusual for an intro line and melodic line to morph into a melodic block (mslsmd, rdrm - mslsmd-rdls). It is very rare and there is no doubt in my mind that it is divinely inspired. The nuances, the swagger of the notes, the structure and organisation, even the keyboard solo - the jazz line in the solo - incredible. Not to even to mention the lyrics and dynamics of the beats. I was born into CCC Basilica in Kaduna and raised in one of the most popular CCC churches in Ibadan, keyboardist and organist at the age of 11. That foundation has solidified my musical discipline to date. Today, I am in Christ in a very far country, having left CCC many years ago. It is a great joy for me to see this level of work by a choir, knowing full well what it was like to be a CCC chorister and the oft challenges that limits the capacity. But glory be to God, because Apex Choir has set a great standard for many to follow. This level of work is clearly production level sound that stands shoulder to shoulder with several international movements like Hillsong & others. Live recording. That is the level that Apex Choir has set with what I've just listened to. May God almighty keep you holy and preserved IJN. Before I go, I would like to comment on something that is often taken for granted in music generally. That is the accompaniment. The lead vocal is often the one that is seen but the real heroes are those back-up vocals that are ever consistent, ever accurate and on point, hitting their notes each and every time. If you have led vocal without adequate back-up, I'm sure you will understand what I mean. I am very proud of all of you the way you have united behind your lead vocal. What about the drummers, the guitarists, the percussionists, every single one of you are heroes and may God reward you for your stewardship. Always remember that you are NOTHING without the Holy Spirit and without each other. I have seen choirs started well .... but you know what I mean. May God almighty keep you for Himself and keep you. My prayer is that one day, when this evil world is no more. that we will all meet in heaven in one place, where there will be no denomination, no CCC, no RCCG, no DLCM, no COZA or Winners, just THE RAPTURED, children of JESUS CHRIST, that day that is the only denominator that will matter. The beautiful thing about your ministration is that the music is indiscriminate, cutting across boundaries, religion, faiths, worlds, hearts and minds like a double edged sword. That is the evidence of heaven's music. Because in heaven, the only identity will be JESUS MUSIC. This is truly a foretaste of what heaven will be like. God BLESS you APEX CHOIR. God bless you and continue to lift you KENT EDUNJOBI. Your lot will not be like Samson who was felled by Delilah. May the Lord strengthen you. No Jezebel will have power over you. So I feel like I am the last person on the planet to not have heard this song until now, cuz up until a week ago during my dad's birthday, I had never for once heard this song, and once the DJ played it, a part of me instantly connected and I saw myself humming a song I have never heard or listened to before. Fast forward to today and on our way to church, the song was played on the radio, it was then I knew I had to know the origin of the song, didn't even know the actual title, but thank God for Google😂, found it, and it's been on repeat ever since. I feel you because i get the same feeling not only for those song. Language is not a barrier when the holy spirit moves. I'm a Yoruba woman and i get the holy spirit moves me whenever i play Sis. What melts my heart is the Pastor or Shepherd jumping, singing and enjoying the song! I can imagine how much that will encourage the choir, other leaders and members in general. And what a show of conviction to the prophectic declaration in that part of the song...❤❤ After seeing the song and the video blow up world wide, Im sure those standing unmoved and watching will now wish they could have at least danced a bit😂😂

I have never listened to it, but I have heard it in passing. However, I woke up singing the song in my spirit this week. So I Goggled it up and then ignored it again, yet the song will not go away from my subconscious. Came back to it today, and I can not stop listening to it over and over. I agree with you, I am not a member of CCC but I stumbled across this song since yesterday. I couldnt stop playing it. I even played in my class today while the students are on coffee break. Unfortunately I dont understand Yoruba, my wife tried to translate some of the wordings to me. I must confess, they truly represented, not just CCC but NIgeria. I am so proud of this choir. One of my students was stunned as to how they played without music notes. And I told her these people playing there did not attend any music school. She said truly, Africans are closer to God than them (whites) because we are talented and strong.

As a chorister, I can say this can only come by inspiration. This song is a great message to some of our choirs today who want to sing Naira M.....ly to gain the youths in their own thinking. You can win anyone with good gospel music backed by the holy spirit.

I was born in Deeper life too, for we are many. I’m Igbo but this song is a blessing I concur to.

My best parts in this video is when the shepherd started dancing for joy and the male chorister smiling and dancing just so good to watch.

Thanks to Apex Choir for being a blessing. Woke up morning of Dec 31st with a crave to thank God and I remembered "Ebenezeri" buzz during the year. I have never listened to this song before 31st but I have been hooked on this song since then. It's on repeat. The well of salvation and joy will keep flowing in all of you! Thanks to the lead, backups, instrumentalists, sound engr, and church leadership. Keep flourishing!

Kent is a legend trust me

God is moving into the Nigerian Church again. I have not seen a choir perform so powerfully since the C&S days in the 90s. This is powered by the Holy Spirit from the beginning to the end. I pray our gospels singers will continue to seek God for each song before they go to the studio. Our message is the Gospel of Jesus and not just good music. Thank you to Apex Choir and its leadership for such a blessing wrapped in a song. I am greatly blessed.

I was born into Roman Catholic and later converted to Deeper Life Bible Church, but i fell in love with this song, i play it everyday before living house in the morning and also before going to bed at night, i think i will sew a garment specially for this song, to dance to the song better. I was down this morning, but I just saw this song on my brother status and I came to you tube and as I'm listening to it,I'm lifted up, the piece is spirit filled, it shows, we are one in christ,I'm not a member of CCC,but I'm blessed

As a celestial Church citizens (ECC❤) I testified this masterpiece became my best song from the day I found it. Be blessed and granted with the glory of God to all singer's of this song and to entire races of Abraham ❤

There's truly strength in numbers as exemplified by the Apex Choir, the lead choirister surely knows his craft, this is truly inspirational and well presented. Sounds mixing and engineering is top notch. Kudos to this choir for setting a good example. Above all, all glory to God Almighty.
