Yes, that is amazing and she rocks it perfectly.
Good grief, there are some seriously inappropriate comments in here. WTH?? Yes, she’s a beautiful woman but did y’all even listen to the talk?? Powerful message here that we can all learn something from. Thanks for sharing your story with us Cari and willingness to be honest, vulnerable and real.
That was exactly what i needed to hear so thank you very much for sharing your voice!
That speech was a masterpiece. As from a males stand point she is right about the people not wanting to hear woman talk about sports... But this speech changed everything. Much Respect to you Cari and your success.
I didn't think she was being underutilized until this talk. She was excellent! bravo
Nice video. When you see a successful person you only see the success, you would never think about the hurdles that came with it. Everyone has their own battles.
Gorgeous woman and nice talk.
Okay she is beautiful
a cari champion video shot from the waist up....great
*@CariChampion* @FirstTake @SportsCenter This was quite remarkable (Plus, *vital advice* in this for *Women* and *Men*)

I love when i see a woman i can look up to. In my part of the world it doesn't happen very often.
I see her all the time! Very nice lady.
I am the only one who just kept thinking, "I wonder how she looks naked" throughout the entire time she spoke in this video?

Is she married because if not somebody needs to wife that up Asap no Rocky!
You are fortunate to be free from the telemarketing for small sponsorship advertising as it is immoral and should be illegal...especially if it was for magazines like "The Veterans Report","The Fireman's Report" or"The Sheriff's Report" etc..

it has nothing to do with men only wanting to hear men speak about sports. we want to hear people who know what they are talking about. I love jamell Hill, and basically all the woman on ESPN are very good and qualified. cari lacks skills and her ego gets in the way of her seeing herself in a negative light. cari get over self. your at best a local news anchor. ESPN will get rid of you by the end of 2015. not because your a woman but because your not good at your job.
I can't no African woman seriously if she can't wear her own hair.

DL23KMT I have to agree. That's the one knock I have on her. She's fine, but she would be even better with natural hair.
