You should see if there is something comparable to Text Blaze for mac. Text blaze is a google chrome extension. Instead of typing in the condition description each time. you can create a keyboard shortcut. Example I have one called /pic and whenever I type /pic within google this auto populates: "Item comes as shown. Please see pictures." So in your example you could create one called /exc and it would fill in "excellent pre-owned condition' You could also create one for your description called /ite or /meas and it would fill in all that "item measurements are photographed...." might save you 10 seconds per listing, which if it takes you 2 minutes is about 10% of your time.

Awesome as always! Thank you for allowing us to see your listing process. My wife and I have learned so much from your videos and they've helped us reach our goal of 250 listing. We are hoping to get to 500 in the final quarter.

You're the only video that showed listing a REAL item. Nobody clicks the "List item" button. Everyone else sucks. You rock.

Just a tip. If you don't have an iPhone, you can plug your phone into your computer (via USB) and drag and drop files directly from your phone to your PC using Windows Explorer. For Androids, when you first connect your phone to your PC (via USB), you have to swipe down and look for a message similar to "Android System * Charging this device via USB". Tap on that message. It will expand. Tap on "Tap for more options". The next window that appears has several radio buttons. Select the one marked "File Transfer". After doing this, your phone will appear as another drive in Windows Explorer.

Trying to get my wife into reselling, I share your videos w her hoping she gets into it. Thanks for simplifying it for her.

Oh I am so glad I watched your videos. I probably have 100's of clothes that need listed. overwhelming. I always get OCD a little bit thinking ,I need to iron all the clothes and making a big deal about the background, etc.. which makes me think so much work for a little profit... what is the lowest price you make. Do you look on ebay as you are buying, Alot of people are selling jeans for like 5.00-8.00 + ship, that is a lot of work for a couple bucks. and when do you pull item from inventory that hasn't sold. hope no one asked the same questions.

I think eBay on the computer is easier than app. I actually create the listing on the computer, save as draft, then jump on my phone to add pictures. It is a little disjointed but was told by eBay I had to do it that way since I am using a Chromebook. But I actually like it. I batch draft then batch at photos. 2-3 min per listing at the most.

@@keinohrtini I joined posh a few months ago and like it. I list on ebay first then go to the posh app and just read my listing from my computer into my phone. Soooooo easy.

Thanks for sharing this with us!! When I photograph I have my little Weight next to me And take a Photo kind of like the same way you do for measurements. And when I’m listing I add the weight. It helps save time when shipping. For some reason I’m always more rushed when I’m shipping rather then when I’m listing

You said “I just charge what I do for shipping and leave it blank” can you explain that more. Weighing and packaging is what takes so long in the listing process

True, I love her videos and this is one thing I need help on. There's a recommendation that eBay shows me, but sometimes the item is less than the 2lbs (that's recommended) and I don't want to charge someone for 2lb shipping when it was only 1lb 10oz. Please help! Thank you 😊

If your sales on eBay are "free shipping" you can technically skip the process, but if you are listing buy it now and you sell to another country that pays shipping cost then things can get dicey.

Awesome the way to process your items. I didn't know about airdrop. I will have to do that. Thanks and so much quicker to find items for sale that are similiar and you just tweak it for you. Great idea. I usually do new listing but on occasion I will do it the other way. Sure saves time.

While listing you can select to upload from your mobile which will send you a notification you can just click on to upload photos. No need for all the tom foolery

Just a note, that first shirt was listed as a letter not package. It may not matter for shipping since you already chose priority, but just so you know.

do you not use promoted listings? Today there was someone who did a video on recent ebay change that if items are in promoted they show as ads and in listing not as ad. But ebay this week or so has removed promoted listings for ad only. Alot of people are not doing promoted now.

Hi Ashley, Question: How are you tracking your inventory and tying to the purchase? I am curious because we a have spreadsheet that we use and enter all items on before we list and our items get a unique item number for traceability /IRS audit purposes, which becomes our sku (bin number and unique item number) If you only use a bin location and not an item number how are you able to track your purchases for taxes and link them to your solds? I would love to hear how you're doing this because if we do not need to be so stringent it would save time, but not exactly sure how to go about it. When I try to think of time saving processes I always want to look at this part of my process but in my mind find it a necessary evil, so again, if you can shed some perspective here ...it will be sooooo appreciated. Thanks so much.

Come here for the first time and thought exactly the same thing. She absolutely could be a model but this is a much better choice for her children, some things are more important then money. You cannot make good money as a model outside big cities also..

Wow, watching your video is anxiety provoking. I want to start selling my brand of vitamins on eBay; however, the process is similar, I would guess, for all categories, but how to know what keywords to use to get ranked is simply overwhelming. I am convinced that after watching most videos like this are young people who are natural-born entrepreneurs. Also, my brand of vitamins is relatively new; going against the competitors is quite daunting, so the only way I can sell it will be to hire a person who does this for a living, which will break the bank.

Wondering if you could do a video on how to search style numbers to find name of item - maybe show how to find the style number on the label - and then show screenshot as you look up style number on computer - thanks for all you do - LOVE your content!

Melinda Edwards When you “add photos” to your listing, it offers to take from you mobile phone. When you hit “yes” it sends permission to your cell to pull photos from your phone. I do it daily!!! :) Super quick and easy.
