I am looking for an IT software company for business in order to meet the visa threshold, that would take me right to EB2 thus helping me skip the E3 visa. Great question, for eb2 niw cost can be minimal. Sub 50k to get going as Visa is approved based off of the proposed endeavor put forward in the business plan
