its a very tough matchup. Just try to establish big bodies and go for the usual 3 swing route. If not, get them to 0 and try to g5 luffy them and pray lol

Thoughts on match vs. Katakuri? Tips or advices... I always struggle against it, I hate Big Mom 10 drop....

I faced it tonight and I went fast. The Kata triggered each life but I killed him before his 10 don turn. I dropped 10c Luffy as soon as I could

sorry late reply, take almost all hits, only avoid if you could die. Play big bodies and pray they whiff triggers lol. It's kind of the same gameplan that whitebeard has against kata

Just took this list to Locals and went 4-0. R1-Gecko, R2-Law, R3-Gecko, R4-Kata.

What’s the thoughts on 1 luffy and 3 newgates only?

it's not my list but I can assume it's because rush luffy just isnt that amazing right now. I'd rather setup big bodies to help win games against BY luffy, enel, etc. It's a great silver bullet when needed but thats not often in my opinion

@@pedromolina3286 newgate establishes a big body and protects your leader by giving you additional power forcing your opponent to be don inefficient with swings if at all

Thoughts on swinging for two 8’s and playing out a body instead of the gecko Moria? Force 2 cards and still stop the KO the turn after. Feels like the Moria was too slow at that point. Just avoiding the inevitable.

@@gallardojose1 possibly, or you could say a 9k body is necessary to push for game. If the 8k swings fail, you'll have to use don the same way next time. Really depends on their hand. (There's 7 removal cards in their deck btw).
