Questions on the sakazuki, could he have done the moria and take rebecca and play brannew replacing hina and then activating brannew effect and rebecca to grab the hina back have -5 on 7drop and houndblaze to brannew and swing for 7k? And if he drop 10drop mom we can swing away for game?

When using Gecko Moria, you get to choose which character is played first and the order of the "On Play" effects. So theoretically, yes, you can replace Hina with Brannew and play Rebecca, resolve Brannew, then resolve Rebecca's effect to play the Hina over Brannew.
