Eating Whatever I Catch.. Fishing and Crabbing! (Catch Clean Cook)

Eating Whatever I Catch while Fishing the saltwater beach and jetties for whatever bites! We head out to go fishing at the jetty with a mission - eat whatever I catch, and see what types of fish are swimming around. As the weather and water continue to get hotter, there are a ton of fish that could possibly be around! We have a fishing rod, bucket full of bait, and a dream. We attempt to catch clean and cook whatever we hook into.. But the goal is hopefully a juicy flounder that we can turn into a gourmet dish chef Firststate style.. Another beautiful day saltwater fishing - but I did not expect for this to happen..

Idk how they do it in Florida , but here in Texas/lousiana . After I boil the crabs Get crab meat , I get Stove top stuffing . Mix the crab and stuffing together (60/40 ish ratio of crab to stuffing ) , get (1 stick of real unsalted butter/ a Half of a whole lemon squeeze that for juice some Tony’s, garlic powder , blackened seasoning , and a 2 spoon full of Worcestershire sauce in a bowl melt it ) and use that for your sauce/moisture .. half of the bowl goes on top of fish before you bake it , the other half you poor on it about 3-5 minutes before you pull it out .

Hey man here is some unwarranted cooking advice. (I cook a lot.) You honestly do not need any butter at all in that tray (it will burn quicker than your fish gets done). Just a little olive oil or whatever oil on the pan to make the fish nonstick. Then, make a compound butter (butter, garlic, parsley, and your static seasoning. Whatever you want really) melt it together in the microwave or just in the pan when you take the fish out. Pour over the top. I promise that will go crazyyy! awesome video!
