Ty so very much for saving this absolutely beautiful treasure. I really do hope that he is now a very healthy, safe and happy boy on his forever home. Shame on the one who left him there. I really do hope that his mother and other siblings if he had any are safe, healthy and loved. The one who did this needs to be thrown in their own dump and kept there. Force them to eat garbage and have the book thrown at them.
