@@adamfirko9444 he could litterally stop for a few months and it wouldnt effect him. He has the morsia app. He gets paid to coach. He has other incomes now and if he wanted too he couldve taken a break from yt to fully recover but hes decided to show everyone his experience.

Even with a snapped Achilles’ tendon , I’d still take Matt ahead of Harry Maguire

I would love to see you do a day in the life of a boxer/mma fighter purely for the circuit training tbf you'd probably really enjoy it. I have pish cardio and I thought it was great!

That seemed intense mate but great advice and content. Ive just completed my first Ironman 70.3 two weeks ago and decided to go back as I wasnt happy with my overall time. If ever you fancy a day of my Ironman training in the Ashford area give me a shout, I know you love the endurance.

@@MattDoesFitness Appreciate that mate thankyou, i did it at a weight of 225lbs and managed to still make all the cut offs and finish line. I wanted to prove that even though people can be overweight, with the right mindset and the drive to succeed anything is possible. The swim was my demon as I suffer from agrophobia but I overcame the fear and smashed the swim. My goal now is to drop more weight and complete a sub 6hr on my next time round. With a strong will to push on no matter what demons/injurys people face we can all succeed and achieve our goals.

I’m EMS trainer and that training Matt has done at the end is a lot harder than it looks. Next two days after the workout are like being on fire 🤣
Amazing I’m recovering from fai and I’m nom League step 4 and are had some pro clubs watching me before I was injured so it’s an amazing insight. Im also going for my master in biomechanics but it’s just a fascinating insight. I will be a pro no doubt about and seeing stuff like this only extends my knowledge further

Unreal set up there! I did an EMS workout a few years back as I had a friend that worked in one, worst things I've ever done, she whacked everything up so high, literally couldn't sit up out of bed for 3 days 🙃
