@@Kenny-wl4pw That's not easy man, you say it like everyone can do it but i assure you it's not. I once have done a whole day cycling trip (just water, no food during the day cause it was supposed to be a calorie burning day) and it's really exhausting af. Also if you consume 12000 plus calories like Erick does in one sitting then even a whole day cycling trip is not enough to burn out all those calories you've consumed. The dude is literally a living legend that he can do miles of running and cycling at the same day!

Do a beef/burger overload challenge next where you eat a bunch of burgers from a bunch of different locations or hamburger helpers or any other burger flavored items. You could also top it off with a little krabby patty gummy burger too.

My favorite food challenge was the pancakes. My favorite cheat meal for me would be pasta. Spaghetti, lasagna and linguine and clams. I rarely have pasta and I tend to have vegetable pasta. Wow you killed it! That was a huge accomplishment! Great job! 😊

As weird as this may sound, I'd love a massive bowl of Tabbouleh, a middle eastern style salad purely because my dad makes the best Tabbouleh and always in big portions, so it's tasty and nostalgic

Usually i incorporate all kinds of foods and cravings to my diet as to not build severe cravings and needs for cheat days where i binge like crazy. So i agree with JC! They're more like load days when i eat like i usually eat, except this time i eat my heart content hehe I like to go for (european) pastries because i can eat dozens but i can barely fit 1 in my daily intake :( same for donuts. Alcohol because they're empty calories that i usually avoid if I can haha

mine honestly would be 6 pieces of chocolate Belgium waffles, 3 egg cheese omelet and a oreo shake for breakfast, two big macs jalapeno poppers 10 pieces, along with 20 piece chicken nuggies and a dozen donuts. Dinner would be a 150 sushi platter along with a slice of Lasagna and a pint of Reeses ice cream.
