There is an adage some young folks might not know (no criticism intended, it's just that it truly is an old saying): Sometimes you eat the bear, sometimes the bear eats you. Being something of a pessimist, I've always thought that adage was wrong. The bear always eats you. It's just a matter of time. The best ways to deal with that idea is to decide I'm simply wrong, or treat every day you don't get eaten as a precious gift. Peace, y'all.
