My family of 9 all went vegan over 10 years ago and all of us love soy and eat tons of it on a regular, if not daily basis. So far none of us have gotten weaker or withered away and the 3 men in our fam are all just as strong or stronger and no boobies to be found on them yet. 😂 My husband is 50 in a few days and we are still ‘like’ rabbits too. 😂 My husband’s and my health issues went away while, sadly, all of his siblings and dad have the same old health issues. Love your work!! ❤

Essentially it also turned out that my body didn't absorb nutrients from plants as well as it did with meat. So yeah glad that it works for you but it doesn't work for everyone.

@@Enigma-87 You can keep on accusing me of using logical fallacies, the fact is that you are evidently unable to process scientific information. You don't have the competence to even distinguish the Abstract of a study from it's conclusions, nor the scope of said conclusions... I've wasted too much time trying to explain the obvious to random people on the internet. Delusion of knowledge is worse than ignorance. The Consensus about soy has radically changed over the last 30 years. Isoflavones regulates HUMAN hormone balance and increase HUMAN fertility... But hey, soy affects rats in a study, Enigma87 says in a comment. Hahahhaha!

I just wish we could all get along and not criticise each other on what (diet) we are on or the food we choose to eat. Everybody can choose what they want to eat weather soy or meat and it shouldn't concern anyone apart from yourself. I understand people who are on particular Diets and feel the need to explain why their way of eating is best but its like a constant battle between this diet vs that diet. 🙏

while that sounds nice at first, what you're overlooking is that meat consumption has a victim (sentient animals) and you've excluded them from the "can't we all just get along?" for example, imagine someone who partakes in something that you find ethically horrible using your same plea of "can't you just respect my decision to X?" where X is has a victim. do you see why the consideration doesn't just end at "respecting their decisions"?

@@tryptamigo Great pov when you put it like that and I understand people want to stand up for there beliefs I guess I just hear so much hate and negativity about meat eaters vs vegetable eaters and wish we could respect each other's decisions and focus on ourselves and our own diets but I do completely understand where you're coming from.

If you watched the video and felt criticized/offended I think you might have a wee bit of a self-esteem issue. This video has zero criticism against any other diets, only implied but never truly compares any other way of life. It simply states results and methods. Not a single sentence to blame or judge another diet.

Do you have evidence for your empirical claim because what you're saying totally contradicts what the largest health organizations around the world say like the largest won the Academy of nutrition and dietetics that says a well-planned vegan diet is healthy and appropriate for every stage of life. Notice how it's qualified well-planned, but anything you want to do right should be well-planned right

The size of an organisation is not evidence that they are correct. Even bringing that up proves someone is low IQ.
