I know I forgot to film an outro so: This video reminded me of how far I have come in recovery, and whilst I still have a ways to go, I can now do so much more than this time 2 years ago. My challenge to you now is to face ONE fear food this week. What will you challenge? All my love xx

Don't forget that when it's difficult and you do it anyway, it does show how strong you are and how far you've come. Sending you love from France (I am very approving of your choice of breakfast ;) ).

i'm recovering from anorexia, and something that i cant get away from is not feeling normal. i would do anything to feel like my old self again without always having to think about food. ):thanks for sharing
Wow! Great job. What a good video, Milly. I’m still at the beginning of my recovery. You’re right, it is a long process. Great job challenging all your fear foods in one day! I can’t imagine doing that yet. Even though it was a struggle for you, you still did it 🙌🏼

I am definitely going to try doing a full day of my fear foods too ! I have made much progress when it comes to eating out and eating a diversity of snacks etc., but I find it hard to challenge many foods in the same day. Xx

you absolutely should try this challenge! it was very emotionally tough but i definitely ended the day stronger than i started 💗

Fab video so truthful I had similar fears the Fanta was one I loved it as a kid even though it made me buzz 😂 too much sugar! Each year more freedom comes back I feel 👏😄🎉💖
