I'm so going to make my hubby watch this. He gives me crap cuz I like to make grilled steak salad a few times in the summer. A rare steak over the top of a good crunchy salad! He thinks its weird so his steak has to go on different plate lol yet he stuffs steak and salad into his pie hole in one bite lol. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

The royal carribian cruise cost them about the same. They didn't need to go to singapore to stay at the hotel because they live there. Edit: forgot to specify which cruise. Fixed that.

I loved that her explanation of the cakes texture was that it had the texture of a “dishwashing sponge”. And I’m not quite sure she meant that to be positive or a negative. 😊

I don't know who she is but with the way she shakes her head yes about food she loves and the look on her face when tasting something she finds surprisingly great, she is my favorite person on KZread. If she was ever in NYC, it would be an Honor to meet her.

Maybe because I'm comparing the portions to his Thai and Japan vids but they're HUGE! I think my blood sugar spiked just looking at those crazy shakes lol.

I went to singapore with my parents 2 years ago and we stayed there one night just for the xperience because it was too expensive to stay longer but lemme tell u this was sooo worth it (my parents felt the same way because they obiviously paid ☠️) the pool at the top was undeniable the most crazy ezperience i’ve had, i’ve fallen in love with the whole city overall, literally every part of it and I cant imagine my life without living there at least a few years or coming back to it very so often…. If always wanted to live in New York but I understood that singapore is the way way way better new york… it has the same “tall buldings” its also an expensice city but everthing and everyone there was so so sooo much nicer and comfortable than in ny. I’ve never been catcalled or even looked at weird there, they have so much respect (especially cuz you can get a high fine if you are the one catcalling!) the city is so beautiful and clean, I loved the even “cheaper” areas cuz of all the lively plants and trees etc. I could easily see myself living there, aswell becaus most/all of them speak also english… I love you singapore I will be back when I live independently

Singapore is a great country. But it’s very small compared to NY.

The young lady in the video has the most beautiful smile, and I really appreciate her expressions as she tries each dish, because I get a sense of how good it must be. I know we all like what we like but it is nice to get a sense of food from others taste experience. Thank you so much. A new favourite channel, from a virtual wheelchair traveller. 👍🏾👌🏽😍

The portions are HUGE (and thankfully the bacon did not start dancing ! lol!) and the milkshakes are INSANE ! It is always a joy to see the lady's face light up when she tastes something delicious :) x

Those dishes are larger than "American-Sized" portions. That said, as an American, I'd still give it a go.

I ate at LAVO when I visited Singapore a couple years ago! Loved it. I had the charcuterie tray for lunch after walking as much of the gardens as I could handle. 😉

I find myself holding my breath while she eats, until she smiles and nods her head, and then I can breath again, knowing it was a tasty bite. She is wonderful.

Wonder how much their ads gets them per 100K views. They don't travel outside to other countries nowadays but their supermarket snacks adventures videos do very well. Those pay for trips to these more expensive locations maybe?

You are living the life we wish we had! But it's all due to your hard work, excellent filming and editing and well deserved!

I stayed at this hotel in March of 2018. It looked fabulous from the outside, but I was shocked to see how cheaply it was made when looking closely. The rooftop pool had several areas where metal fitments had come loose. The elevator in the garage malfunctioned and took us up-and-down thrice. I wonder who built it???

100%. I’ve not stayed there but visited. The lobby is awful. It’s like a long train station or passageway. Lacks character or focus. Noisy. Crowded with people. And the rooms are just normal rooms with admittedly good views. There’s much nicer hotels in Singapore.
