Joel Robuchon is a famous chef known around the world. He owns more than 20 restaurants, and they all have received top honors from Michelin, a prestigious guide for restaurants. One of his restaurants is called L'atelier de Joel Robuchon, located in Hong Kong. It's special because it has three Michelin stars, which is a big deal considering only a few restaurants in his collection have that many stars.
