Fabulous pastries. I have lived in Los Angeles for decades and never knew about this gem. The couisants looked so light and flaky and buttery. My mouth was salivating for sure! I love your review of this wonderful bakery! Thank you!😊🌊🌊🏄🌊🌊❤️
First time I've seen your video. You have a great onscreen personality, and you did a great job featuring the bakery and describing the food. I'm sure your subscriber count will grow. Just subscribed! 😊
Thanks for making this video! I've only been there once for lunch and it was delicious. I'm definitely going to go tomorrow morning before it gets too hot! Everything looks delicious.
WONDERFUL NEWS! I visit Paris yearly and never found an authentic french bakery. Thanks for share and can't wait to visit!

Boursin cheese is like a whipped herbed cream cheese with a predominately oniony garlicy taste. You can find it in the cheese section of most grocery stores. I'm surprised you've never had it Steve. It has always been widely available in the states in grocery stores.

Living in Central Europe I have to admit that I was skeptical due to things that could be called “racist”, but after the first minute I’ve been in love. It really does look high quality - high effort. Thumbs up for the business. Couldn’t buy it in here any better. Edit: wtdaf - $5.50 per piece?? It’s like €1.5 in here for a similar one.. way overpriced

Thank you for this wonderful video. I think we are going to visit this bakery as soon as possible. If you have the opportunity to go and taste the bakery at Le Paris Brest Cafe by Henderson in Las Vegas. The owner is from my Island Tahiti and tell us your thoughts about this french bakery as well. Have a great sunday.
My favorite patisserie in LA is Chaumont Vegan, beautiful creations and delicious

Thank you for sharing. Next time, get a hot cafe au lait and dip your croissant in it. That's how we eat our croissant in France! Everything look so good! But that bread looks a bit pale to me. It does not have that golden crust.

Try Bread & Cei in Hillcrest. Very similar offerings and more (savory and sweet). It's very popular so parking and seating is a challenge, but there are a few space on the west side of the building. Of course you can always get take-out. So far it's my favorite in San Diego. I'm always searching for real French fare where ever I go.

Hi Rockstar eater. 😊
do they actually make these pastries from scratch? A lot of bakeries just receive frozen and then bake.
Dude, im 15 and my best friend and me wanna make our dream come true, and visit La for 2 weeks. We‘re from Switzerland so we have lil bit of money, but could u PLEASE make a 2 week or 1 day cost in La, not living only visiting in a hotel.

I live in in LA and honestly I don’t see it as a vacation destination I see you and your friend being upset with what you get. If I were you two I’d plan for another vacation destination all you’re gonna get in LA is traffic, homeless, literal filth covering the sidewalks they’re not grey they’re black now, and just about every restaurant you see online is overhyped and you still have to wait over an hour just to get the food. Don’t get me wrong you’ll be able to have fun but overall this really isn’t a vacation destination just another overcrowded big city that has a large name

Two weeks in LA can be expensive. Hotels are$80.usd to $300.usd per night. Transportation is another cost. Your best bet is to find a Hotel near Metro transit. The Green line is accessible from LAX.

2 weeks. About $1400 in hotels transport a day can range $20-$50 food $25-$50 a day .. as tourist I’d stay near Hollywood

It's good! The croissants at Bread and Pitchoun are out of this world. I've been to Proof several times.
High quality to me means organic ingredients not just tasty pastries. But then again nothing is really organic in US and if you want high quality stuff you have to travel to Europe.
@SAGAtoday

organic doesn't equate to quality. Plenty of "low quality" foods that are still organic so that's a pretty illogical and laughable way to think of things
