I think the hard part and unfair part is doing all the levels in one day. I know the higher scoville are spicier snd harder to tolerate but hnfair when your mouth and throat already burning from the previous meal.

The best way to get rid of spices in ur mouth is definitely by drinking warm water. Tho u will instantly feel like ur drinking hot water. The more the spicy it is the hotter the water will feel like. but after that all of those spices whatsoever just gone. This way u can prevent from drinking too much water and still able to continue eating spicy food at ease.

scoville units are a bit stupid because some chillis dont immediately burn your mouth etc., they have a differnet kind of burn, you could see it with the 100k scoville chilis. how come this guy with the brown jacket thought the 4400 scoville unit korean noodles hotter than the 100k pad thai and 175k burger. also youre right with the different spice at 200k.
