Funny, I assumed that all cereals were 100% plant based. I'll have to check the label on my Lucky Charms and see if it has beef, chicken or pork. I assume the only thing might be eggs or butter?

Vitamin d (as in one of the “vitamins and minerals” what they “fortify” cereals with) is usually derived from sheep oil

I’m pretty sure they were in our December Likes/Dislikes video as well … as a hate.

It's like eating a bowl of freeze dried cockroaches. The texture is like cotton balls once you bite it. You couldn't pay me to eat it lol. Magic spoon is an actually good cereal with low sugar/ high protein.

It’s a shame it’s so bad.

I work for a company which hands out free samples of different products in stores. Over the next few weeks I'm supposed to be handing out samples of the fruity flavor of the Eat Your Mouth Off cereal. I bought a box of it to try so I could know what it's like when the customers ask and I was so disappointed by the texture. As you've said the flavor is good, but it's just not a very pleasant experience trying to chew it up. I'm also going to be handing out the cinnamon flavor of the Extra Crispy Clusters cereal. Now that one was a good cereal. This week is the Extra Crispy Clusters and then the next 2 weeks will be the Eat Your Mouth Off fruity flavor cereal. I am not looking forward to the comments the people have about that one. I imagine I'll be getting lots of comments about how bad the texture is.

I had a job years ago as a demo person at Sam's Club. I didn't realize until then that those people have to clean everything they use afterwards. I had never given it any thought before then. We would get off work, but then take another 15-20 minutes to clean things and put them away. I bet you won't get a lot of people coming back for more of this cereal!

I just discovered this cereal an hour ago and its so good! I eat it without milk though. It's a great snack if you're on keto!😊

I might be in the minority however, as a T1D who is vegan, low carb and sugar free, finding something like cereal has been difficult. Catalina Crunch, supposedly started by a T1D, has a terrible blood sugar impact. This "Eat Your Mouth Off" cereal is absolutely awesome. It's tasty and filling, low carb and zero sugar. The only mild complaint is it does get a little soggy fairly quick however, it turns unsweetened cashew milk into a secondary tasty treat. This cereal is amazing and I hope it takes off as a great find. Would love a cinnamon version...the chocolate is okay but the fruity is soooooo good. About time some large corporation like Kellogg developed a product safe for folks like myself.

I tried the fruity one, and it’s so good, the flavor is there and I can actually taste the fruit

Don't bother with this cereal. It has a decent crunch but the aftertaste is terrible. They used the super cheap and crappy sweetener sucralose, there are much better and healthier sugar-free sweeteners out there. On top of that I am a diabetic with a GCM and I ate 2 cups of this dry as a snack. Thought I could put up with the crap taste if it was something low carb/free I could munch on over time. It elevated my blood sugar level by 20-40 points over normal for over 12 hours including overnight. I have the GCM so I am very familiar with what my sugars would normally over that period of time with a snack like that. I especially wouldn't expect any elevation to last 12+ hours. Something is odd with the cereal and it isn't just the bad aftertaste.

My kids love them and me as well. Not crunchy but it is healthy.

Weirdly enough for me I didn't hate the texture just the sweetness . This cereal only has 1g net carbs per serving as well . I'll eat it . I'm disgusting . Are you in NC ? I'll take those cereals off your hands 🎉❤ Wanted to add that I just ate some again and I LOVE IT . Will buy again once it goes on sale bc I'm not paying $9

i couldnt finish a serving of this. i could put up with the texture being like one of those dinosaur capsules that grows in water if the aftertaste wasnt so horrendous

I’m eating this right now as I’m watching and i totally agree. The texture feels like I’m eating wet, mushy styrofoam. The flavor is decent, but the texture throws everything off. 3 out of 10 at best. Even as a vegan, I would not get this again.

I wonder what kind of plants make up the cereal. I'm glad that you reviewed this, because it caught my eye... but I think I will pass on it. Ha! That just sounds so strange. I'm a texture person, so I'd definitely pass on this. The cost per box is quite expensive, but it's good that you at least got a deal on two. ~Eric

This cereal is good when you first taste it.. three bites later and it tastes like tires..A good middle ground especially for gym goers is to grind it up and drink it with milk..don't have to worry about chewing lol I'm using it as a protein shake🤷🏾‍♂️ wouldn't buy it again but I'm not going to waste it.

My cousin makes her own cereal out of nuts, coconut and egg whites that are whipped into almost meringue… it’s really good but very expensive and just not worth it to me… as I’m not on keto or paleo… I like cheerios… lol

If I was on Keto, I wouldn’t eat cereal at all to be honest.

I mean, it sounds like the most accurate product description I've ever heard. If you have to work that hard to swallow, you are eating your mouth off I guess.

I don't mind smaller boxes of cereal, since sometimes I don't want to commit to a huge box.. (But these days, it's whatever's the best value...) The protein content here seemed appealing, but the fact that they had to make it GF, vegan and keto too put enough nails in the coffin. Yikes... If it was just high-protein only, it probably wouldn't have been as bad in texture.

What's The Original Price Then? If it's not 9

I tried this crap, way to much artificial sweeteners and it had the consistency of cardboard.The magic spoon isn't too bad.

You have to eat that stuff quick it taste good but but you will choke on that stuff

I hate the flavor too! It’s so overly sweet! It’s so gross. 🤮

The chocolate part is good but the texture is hideous especially if it hits milk or any moisture. After taste is just wrong.

I just seen this regular cereal but never heard about the plant-based cereal I don't know do they have some I just don't see none at the store I see them online but I don't know I just don't have no money I never heard of a lentil bean just see it never get none I seen in the phone but I ain't never getting none

I don't understand the marketing behind this. Regular cereal is "plant based". I don't understand why they don't use corn or wheat as the plant based ingredients. Unless they don't consider grain to be a plant? Lol how strange.

Cocoa Puffs are so expensive, I thought it would be a good alternative.... Nope... I tried some today, just a few of the bits, no milk. I also thought it was gross, and the Stevia taste is also gross, leaving a burning sensation in my mouth. ICK! Thumbs down from me.
