Singapore bar exams!

They are not just worst but super worst.. cheaper attitude airlines.. they dont even train their employees who are at the boarding pass desks.. as well as on board crew.. most worst part is they charge for drinking water on their flights.. Pls boycott airasia

My sister is ex staff of airasia and retired 6months before covid strike. Before covid, the airline and staffs are in good form of working environment, services and attitude. But since covid hit and total lockdown has been implemented by gov, the quality of services has drop and disrupted the airlines financially and had to cut huge amount of staffs. Most of my sisters friend that are working there are very experienced worker and most of them had to quit. But after 2 years struggling with gov's covid lockdown rules and laws, most of the staff hired now are the rookies and most of them still lack of proper training, guidance and experience to maintain its good quality like before. I hope in couple years from now, they should and must maintain the high standard and quality of their services especially in staff training and online/ offline services. Most importantly, the baggage handler should be train to respect peoples belonging and handling with care.

And for your complain about water bottle, you should acknowledge that its a budget airline and they will charge you everything except the lavatory. 😂😂. If you wanna get full service, meal and baggae allowance, you should fly malaysia airline instead but with hefty amount of money to pay. Or you can just simply buy 1 before boarding the aircraft. Its much cheaper than you buy on aircraft. Nornal price of water bottle cost you $2 will cost you triple on aircraft. 👍

True Batik Air is even worst my friend was suppose to meet me last week and his flight was cancer due to unknow reason and he never get his refund
