Salt.
1 cucumber.
Salt.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.

1 apple.

3-4 tablespoons of thick yogurt.

1 large spoon of mustard seeds.
Almonds or other nuts.
20-25 grams.
Mix.

2nd May, 2024 This grater is obviously not available in your country. I cannot imagine that kitchen equipment which is for example available in Europe could be exported to other continents. One reason: Payment would be extremely expensive. King regards from Charlotte (78 y.o.), Germany

Chefs always cut with the tips of their fingers curled into a loose fist to prevent cuts that will draw blood all over what you are cutting or chopping. I have made the recipes with gloves on! Delicious ,gloves can go in dishwasher .
