I live in the state of Wisconsin in America and I remember when I was very young (I am 64 now) my great grandmother would make something similar to these, but would use a pastry she made with butter, flour, water and salt. She would fill them with minced meat, mushrooms, onions and sometimes there were minced carrots and celery in the stuffing. Those were the best meals too. I'm going to try it your way and I bet they taste really good, can't wait to try them!!!! Thank you for sharing this video! I love watching pieces of your Family life together!

小莉：妳們那裏用的是鼠麴草~台灣本島的鼠麴草不多，我也有作（加艾草）的，效果一樣綠喔！但台灣這裡的大部份內餡採用蘿蔔絲的也很好吃喔！當然也有甜餡加入花生粉或紅豆沙餡都很好吃喔！
