I have never found any KZread cooking videos as great as hers. Truly amazing and relaxing.

I love the serene sounds, the birds, music, and all the natural processes. It could be sold as a soundtrack. The sights are attractive too.

My observations. .no plastic is used...no gas...no fridge...mostly bamboo and wood fire...I would live another 100 yrs...perfect for the body

I love watching her. Her whole lifestyle is so appealing and satisfying. What is so strange to me though is the fact that 100s if people that watch her videos all live her lifestyle yet we are all so stressed and worried with the rush of day to day living. I know we can't all have a garden like she does but there are many ways we could simplify our lives but yet we stay caught up in this rat race! I would be the majority of us have a phone in our hands or on our person the majority of the day and that is a big part of the problem. We should all pick at least one that that simplifies our lives and make it a point to spend less time in electronic devices. It would truly be life changing. She encourages me to do better, to let go of some of the ways of this busy world. 🧡🕊️💚

I really adore your videos. My only suggestion is that you let your videos finish completely, then when the screen fades to black that's where you should post the suggested videos because they too often cover the end product of your cooking 😊

This is just my guess but I think her videos are uploaded to many different platforms not just KZread. So she don't want those extra few seconds of black screens in the end of her videos and don't want to do the extra work just for the youtube platform and have two sets of the same video.

eazon yep your guess is right. In actuality her videos are posted mainly on those Chinese platforms such as Weibo and Bilibili - each of the videos on Weibo has at least 30M views (the top one got 210M views). With that said she has to prioritize users on those platforms higher than KZread. Though I have the same complaint :)

Glad to see this!! LOL The passion fruit and the lemons play an important role in today's video. 1. Passion fruit and lemon jam. As you see, passion fruit pulp, lemon pieces and crystal sugar, boil on low heat until it's sticky. When the jam cools down, mix with honey. It will be OK to keeping jam in fridge. By the way, don't throw away the peels of the passion fruit, cut to pieces and bake to dry. It can be use for steeping peels tea, or stewing with meat. 2. Chicken feet. Many kinds of condiments: garlic, ginger, chili, passion fruit, lemon pieces, onion, salt, oil, soy sauce and parsleys, it's common to cook chicken feet in China, so she didn't description it. Maybe only chinese eat chicken feet. 3. Streamed brown suger bun. Knead dough mix with dried jujube pieces, yeast and brown suger water. After fermented for one hour, cut into segments and steam. 4. Fried black patatos. It's simple, stream then peel off, squash and fry. At last, she picked some waxapples maybe, some orange line tomatos(she said in her blog but I can't translate...) and a yellow watermelon. In the end she said: "Grandma, meal time!" Her grandma said: "Pretty good!" and laughed out loud.

Some info about Li Ziqi: Li Ziqi's grandfather was a cook in her village, many of her cooking and woodwork skills were learned from her grandfather. In the initial stage, she did everything alone by herself because she could not affort hiring people. After she became famous she hired an assistant and a videographer to help her.
