zulu mike thanks fam’ 🙏🏾☺️ In fact, music should be a conversation, a story told clearly to inspire and bring people to heaven 🤷🏾♂️ One love to the family in Zimbabwe ❤️
I traveled through Central Africa some 30 years ago. From Douala to Kisangani I remember the beat of this music. It was a very powerful and exciting sound. I do a Travis type picking with a plect. This seem somewhat similar but a more exciting sound. Good luck with the project.

Pat Flynn wow Amazing ! 👌🏾 I hope you have made a book with all those memories ☺️ You probably know Africa more than me and many other native africans 😅
Thank you so much, Mr Isaac. Have been following you for two years now and I have learnt so much from you. You are the best teacher I have ever met on KZread when it comes to African lead and rythymic guitar. Just some few lessons have missed due to the language you use sometimes. God bless you!
Such great music. The groove. Really makes one appreciate African music.
Love it Isaac. Simple music but the "feel" is the hard part until you've got it. I going to give this try for sure.
C'est un plaisir de te voir de retour!!!😊😊😊
This guitar style is amazing. Your lesson is so learner friendly. More please.

Isaac, I like the way you explain how to learn playing sebene. I grew up dancing Congolese music, but this time, I developed interest in learning how to play guitar.
every heavy song I enjoy is almost alway"s a 3 chord groove🎶 Arpeggio and the Broken Chords should be your group name pure love❤️
That Congolese rumda melody at the beginning it's lovely. It's amazing how with simple open chords you can create countless sweet melodies. Also love others melodies, lovely conversations questions and answers. Congolese Rumba 💕💕 European G😀 , my index is not free . THANKS FOR THE VIDEO!
I’m so happy I found your videos! Your playing is wonderful So excited to be learning from you after picking up my guitar for the first time in many years! I’ve always loved various African styles but never thought I could learn. You are a great teacher and I believe I can finally learn the guitar that makes me feel most happy!!

@@IsaacSariel-English I lived in Botswana for a year but I was blessed with the opportunity to see pretty much the whole of southern Africa. Met a lot of amazing people who were kind enough to introduce me to Seben! along with a lot of other African vibes. I've been trying to incorporate similar flavours into my own music and you've helped a lot

Isaac Sariel...you're awesome boss
Super good. Trying to follow up and learn.
I get what you're saying "play the middle", that gets the feel for that style. Thanks.
I'm playing guitar for my church. My friend told me to find Congolese seven and I found you. Your vids are sooo helpful, god bless you. I was learning more blues guitar but, you got me more hooked on Congolese rumba.

Isaac that's perfect bro, Congolese people are great as far as music is concern. Am much lucky to have Congolese teacher in Kenya, he also has vast experience in guitar playing. Am lucky enough to have him as my guitar teacher. You Congolese people are blessing to us. Isaac God bless you and may you live long so that you keep inspiring us.
Merci bcp pour ton aide, vraiment j’aime ton enseignement J
Wow thanks so much Isaac ,I've learnt a lot,👌👌👌
Was needing a new tutor (baritone uke. I find it actually suits older blues, and international folk music styles quite fine) after I outgrew my last one. So happy to have just found you! Have been drumming all my life, so this rhumba rhythm isn't the problem-the Arpeggios are what I gotta focus on! :-D
THANK YOU ISAAC!!!!
Hello Mr Isaac, my name is William from Kenya and am actually much impacted to your teaching and the way they're clear. I really like music and especially playing guitar.
Great video of some great rhythms. The rhythm is the key . Merci bien
You are the power player! ! Let God bless you.
Thanks alot boss... I really appreciate this video
Great teaching, thank you.

Thanks Isaac, ur videos are truly helpful, big up to u man
thanks for this inspirational lesson
I’m a beginner bro, I’ve never played before but I want to learn how to play rumba from scratch.. I love the way u teach
Je suis débutant dans la guitare, c’est merveilleux ce que vous faites frère, un vrai régal
i was impressed more than I learned. Need a video to learn each individual cord.
Thank you so much for this lesson sir, although I'm a keyboardist and I'm beginning to pick interest in playing guitar as well. Bless you sir.
Beautiful! Thank You Sincerely.
Issac singing the rhythm at 6:24 is very useful. Picking goes somewhat easier if you know the beat pattern behind it. GREAT sound. I use a pick + 2 fingers to get these types of layers, but now I realize it's good to leave some air around those arpeggiated notes.
Just amazing I need that gift
i gotta take my guitar out the case ;-) thanks isaac haha
Brother issac may God bless you so much. Actually your lessons are touching me and making more interesting to learn, so far I have advanced my guitar player.

@@IsaacSariel-English I kept it simple and started jamming in C using the I-IV-V-IV chord progression and arpeggiating the C-shape chord just along the A string in the C-shape, just focussing on the rhythm! I finally start to hear what I (as a plain vanilla white European 🤣) like so much in seben. This will be my basis to find more efficient voicings and then finally start improvising...something which eluded me for so long!! Thank you so much! Just seeing you do it on an acoustic guitar was what clicked with me!
