How do I do a give away with the random comment picker when I do monthly give away? because I will have 3 videos a month and want to pick a winner based on any comment with in those 3 videos which have 3 different URLs. my first guess would be to get a pick from each video and then pick a name out of a hat with those 3 picks

@@mikesunboxing So I'm getting a lot of mixed ideas regarding giveaways from different videos I've watched. You obviously give away stuff so have you had any KZread grief from doing this? I don't want to get banned from KZread. What exactly do I need to put in the description that will make the giveaway legit? I had a couple nice table lamps sent to me from a company and they sent me a second to give away and when I reach 10,000 subs that's what I intend to do. Some channels say you need official rules and links to KZread guidelines and policies... is this needed? Sorry for the long winded comment but you're the first video I've seen that made sence. Any help from you would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Do you have to specify in the entry instructions that you need to use a certain word in your comment? Like here for instance, someone entering would need to use the word "win" in their comment to be eligible to win?

Great video! I was wondering, does this work during a KZread livestream if the livestream is still running? So if half way through I were to tell everyone to type #pickme into the chat for a chance to win, can I run it right on the spot, or would I have to run it after the video is done and contact the winner afterwards?

We do our giveaways through comments on a Facebook post, then direct message them through Facebook - or just leave a reply comment to contact us within a set time, if their account doesn't allow direct messages. Hope this helps

It didn’t work in live for me back then but might do now

I use Grambuddy chrome extension to do this for instagram! Super easy. It also shows "which user" commented "what" and "how many times". And also gives the option to download. I choose the top 3 users who commented the most.

It means that if someone does multiple comments, they will only be entered once. So yes, they will be entered, but only once. Hope this helps
