My personal experience, this is very good initiative of Punjab Government, it is very easy & respectable Licence making office. I got renewal in just 10 minutes. No need of any thing just ID card & official fee, no need of speed money or any agent, previously we were forced to give speed money.

People complaining that the file do not uploaded within time. Takes one month for taking test after even waiting for 42 days of Lerner permit.

Me bahria town wale center me gya tha. Wahan jo banda learner bna k de raha tha counter pe or payment charge kr raha tha uske uniform me uski name plate nahi thi or wo sb ko 300 charge kr raha tha. Chahe sirf bike ka bnwao ya car bike dono ka banwao. Jo payment awaam se lete hain uski receipt q nHi dete. Hun motorway pe travel krte hain or 50rs dete hain to wo bhi to receipt dete hain na. To ye q nahi de rahe receipt awaam ko? Kya ye be-imaani nahi hai? Ya wahan koi supervise krne wala hi mojood nahi hai?
