Hi there - that is called Tombow Mono Liquid glue. It's the brand that Stampin' Up! sells. :)

Thanks! Those little "balls" are great fun for shaker cards or for the fun bubble bath. Just don't spill them! LOL

This card is so adorable. I'm going to make it for my granddaughter. What did you use in between the wash basin and the flowers? It looks like bubbles.
