I would personally tone down the dressing and maybe put one lemon juice/vinegar and some olive oil and some protein in it like chicken and if your vegetarian you can switch it for something like tofu or soyabean

Use curd rather than mayonnaise. And boiled egg or chicken of your preference. Can also add chickpeas.

I would prefer curd instead of mayonnaise Cause mayonnaise is way more unhealthy while curd contains a lot of protein and is healthy too ❤
