It is a great suit to have but sadly some are put off due to the talking component of the suit. Still, it's worth getting as it gives good defence options and generally looks cool.

I love the stealth suit. Both for utility and for the goofy chatty A.I. "Shhh... we're very stealthy."

Lol yeah but somehow I like to think thr voice is just in your head and no one else can hear you, sort of like Venom.

When I decided to get a Light-armor Build, I thought "why is stealth armor, Medium weight"?

Probably for balance reasons, to stop you from using both the stealth suit's buffs and the various light armor perks simultaneously.

It’s because the game doesn’t have true stealth feautures. My Rambo is gonna be lame when he cant crawl on the ground before sneaking up on a mofo and slicing their voice canoe

The MK 2 stealth suit is my favorite armor In the game and I love having the suit talk to me and use stimpacks on me. As for the trick I knew about it but never used it because I prefer upgrading the suit the hard way.

This suit is the worst. Play on Hardcore. That’s the only way to play.

Damn i have done thisnthe long way probably 10 times in my playthroughs, never even comsidered doing this.

It's pretty easy to miss really. Most folks will simply follow the instructions when doing this. I certainly did for many years until I thought about if there is another way.

It's a nice suite to have while playing the DLC. And it would have been nice to have the talking as a switch.

I would've loved this suit if it wasn't for the annoying blabbering from the suit itself , degraded it from a decent armor to a waifu lol.

I do have to say that not everyone is a fan of the talking. Almost defeats the Stealth element.

I don't mind the talking, it's the way the suit burns through my hoard of Med-X for no reason that turns me off. "Good boys and girls take their Med-X." I look around for the attacker and there's a mole rat squatting on a hill half a mile away. I usually have a riot shotgun for CQC, an anti-materiel rifle for tough enemies at range, and a scoped hunting rifle and/or silenced sniper rifle for everything in between. The mole rat has no ranged attacks and has zero chance of getting close enough to use its melee attacks. The two factions that I side with most often (Mr. House and Caesar) make me destroy the Brotherhood, which includes the doctor in their bunker, who is the only vendor who reliably has more than two doses in stock at any given time, so I end up going back to my T-51b power armor.

Very annoying to upgrade for me

Yeah it's not a good deal when you put it like that. Still it's nice to have but perhaps replaceable in the long term.
