I am in the US in Indiana and today it is 76 degrees, beautiful but it has rained for almost two weeks and now its good, thank you for letting us watch you do this book, I have never done one and didn't know how to start, love your kits. Judy

Rachel love what you created its amazing. All those digitals are so pretty, can't wait to use them. I know a lot about anxiety, I worked with a women that was so evil, I retired 3 years early to get away from her. I take medication now and feel much better. Yours sons will be okay they have you. Its been so hot here that I put a/c on, my allergies have never been this bad. i stay indoors and craft and craft love it.

Love listening to you talk. Your accident is very fun to listen too. You seem to be a very fun person..I’m in USA and wish I could come to your retreat.

I love this art journal! Beautiful! I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis in my lower back, SI joints and hips, and I am on 50,000 ui of vitamin D 3 per week. My doctor prescribed it since the over the counter stuff didn't work for me. It is a liquid that you put under your tongue and hold it there for a minute or so. It absorbs into your body easier. I also take 600 mg. magnesium/calcium and the liquid B-12 vitamins that are also put under the tongue. It has made a huge difference. I am autistic, adhd and ocd, ptsd. I was just diagnosed with the autism and adhd. All 3 of my children have varying degrees of adhd and 2 are autistic and so are all 3 grandbabies. It's a relief to know why I do the things I do, the way I do them. 😂😅😂 But it is also frustrating since I was 58 years old before being diagnosed. I hope you feel much better soon. I hate that you burned your hand. That hurts worse than anywhere else because of all the nerve endings in your fingers and hand. Take care and have a wonderful day.

Love this little journal, Rachel! It amazes me how you just sit down to create and ta-da … a finished journal! I’m still working on my garden journal. It’s gotten chilly again here in Prince Edward Island - 3 degrees Celsius with a few snow flurries.

What a lovely little art journal! Absolutely stunning. The kits are so amazing, they pretty much decorate themselves! I am so sorry about your burn, looks like it was miserable. I’m glad it’s healing. It’s upper 70s and sunny here in NorCal. It’s been this way for weeks, which is pretty common for this time of year. I am working on a dragonfly journal for my daughter. Hoping to finish it soon and get on to my next project! Hugs ❤️🤗

Hi Rach! Doing well here. I understand your struggles all too well. I have had adhd my whole life and I am in the late 40’s, and both my sons also have been diagnosed as well….I’m in Texas so the weather is quite beautiful at the moment. We’ve been averaging around the low 80’s with a cool breeze daily. Love this concept of your art journal, must give it a try. Have a lovely day!

I loved watching you make this art journal, I’m much more at home with vintage or muted tones but after seeing you use more vibrant colours has inspired me to give it ago. Off to buy the mixed media kit 💕💕 Ps I love that you share what’s going on in your life. My middle niece is at Cardiff University and coming from the driest region of the UK ie East Anglia, she tells me that she’s never seen so much rain albeit she loves Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

It's to cold here to do gardening. Were getting a lot of rain too. 😊 I'll pray for all of you. I just had Colin test that was ordered by my doctor.. I had cancer surgery in 2017, and have been cancer free since . so they want you to do this every 5 years ..all went very well.Praise the Lord. Sometimes med can cause one to either gain or lose weight. Keep an eye on that.🤗🤗🙏❤Cute project.

My sister and I are 7 years apart. I am the older sibling and the same thing happens to her. People always thought she was the older one 😂 ummm sorry hun. Not sure why but it did happen. Lush make today! 😍 Just adding finishing touches to a big 3 volume JJ project tonight (Magical Woodland theme). Because I've done a lot of stencilling, I now have what I'm calling my "ghost papers". Really curious if other people do this and will pop onto FB later. I've also bought myself a small chindi rug to harvest for fabric. (fingers-crossed) My craft room looks like a tornado has ripped through it now that I've finished the Magic Woodland! So tidy-up-time for me for a bit 😂.

Its autumn here in NZ and wet today. Iim 63 and was diagnosed with ADHD, PTSD and depression in September last year. Sometimes depression and ADHD can be diagnosed as the other so I thought I would habe either depression or ADHD but I certainly didn't expect both with PTSD thrown in just to make it interesting 😂 I cant really tell if the medication helps or not because I left work with an emotional overload and have been a literal hermit since October last year. I love this new kit, it looks so versatile.

Congratulations winner! 😊 I had to go on new ADHD medicine because of the shortage as well. Good to know it is world wide.

My dr just told me today to try magnesium for sleep. I’ll try some vitamin D as well.I used some cbd salve on a bad burn recently and it relieved it almost instantly.

I share some of your symptoms….insomnia, lost words, a bit of weight gain. I am 67, been going on for over 5 years, also have hot flashes. I take extra D, Magnesium, Melatonin and recently added supplements to battle the hot flashes. Best of luck with your meds. I so enjoy your channel ☺️🥰

Burns are sooo painful! Do you know there is a burn cream and it stops the pain immediately? Also, my doctor said that it’s important to take vitamin D3 with K 2. Can’t remember why 🥴but you may want to check into that. Your journal is so colorful and cute! I bought a couple of them and am going to make cards out of the patchwork set. Love the new kits!!!
