Another tip for those you pay , please pay through online instead of bank transfer , because bank transfer will make the process delay to update the paid confirmation in your login portal of aps . If you pay the through online immediately your payment status will get updated in the aps portal immediately and you’ll get the bill in mail the next second.

Im planning to go to germany for MIM for the winter semester next year....its been more than a year but My college is yet to provide the degree certificate(probably by january) ...can I still apply for the APS and get it within the time of applying to the uni?

Main tip send your transcripts also even though it is not mandatory and also mention your university professor's official mail id .. i mentioned these and received aps without any mail from them.

No you can apply with transcript with an authority letter from cog that you didn’t get the provisional yet ! All the best 😇
