What a great idea to use patterned paper with 3D embossing folders! Never crossed my mind really. Pure white cards aren’t shared often and I don’t know why because they are stunning. I love black and white too. I’m thinking if a Smokey Grey cardstock with white pigment ink gently “gilded” over the edges. Can’t wait to try. Thanks for sharing these ideas with us!

I've never heard of that gilding polish stuff. Looks like fun! That stripe with the polish is striking; not two things I would have put together but it works. I really have to be more creative. . .

Very pretty embossing folder. There is something special about an all white embossed card. Perfect for a sympathy card. I like embossing on pattern paper but never reach for it. I'll have to try that more often. Both cards are beautiful Amy. Thanks.🌷🌷

Speaking of pins, I bought some for my glue bottles too. The description said they were stainless steal, but they weren't--the glue touched by the pin got all rusty. What version of straight pins did you find??
