I can't tell how helpful this double subbed video actually is.
Really hope this series continues because it is great for my Swedish level :)
When I stop reading the subtitles and just listen to the words it's amazing how much I actually pick up. Obviously I'm learning Swedish. But of all the languages I've ever tried to learn, this is basically just slightly weird English.
One of the most beautiful languages in the world💛💙 Upload more Easy Swedish please~ These are so useful for my Swedish studies😭😭😭
Tack så mycket!!! Vänligen fortsätta att göra dessa filmer! Hälsningar från Spanien!

These videos are very very helpful in learning :) Tack så mycket!
Yeaaaaa whisper that Swedish to me!!
I loved this remark on the responsibilities you have as an engineer! Very interesting!
Not to be picky, but I have a correction to make for the translation. "Civilingenjör" is not "civil engineer" in English. A civil engineer does engineering work only on things like roads and bridges, whereas a civilingenjör is a higher level engineer that could have any type of specialisation. It's therefore translated as "Master in Engineering"
Please bring back more Easy Swedish videos! There needs to be more content for Swedish out there! 😭
I miss Lunds Universitet so much. Even though I was there only for a summer, the university has stayed with me every since.

This is exactly what got me into studying it five years ago - it sounds like music and that intonation-based lilt, once I internalized it, allowed me to really crank up the speed and accuracy of my speaking, and also helped me pick out tone-of-voice shades of meaning when listening. Videos like this really helped me with that.
We need more videos from you guys!!!!!
Little tip: set the playback speed to 0.5x or 0.75x and you can clearly hear the pronunciation. Great for beginners like myself.
just got back from studying abroad in Lund, absolutely miss it. Small beautiful college town :((

And how is your swedish now? 😊
I've been trying to learn Swedish on Duolingo for four years now. It is slow progress (frustrating, because I used to pick up languages - everyday stuff - in a jiffy) Now I was happy to find, that I could actually understand quite a bit of those dialogues. You do talk very fast. 😊 Tack så mycket för möjligheten att träna!
So poetic language. Realy cute language ☀️😊

The good part for this guy is that Swedish is Germanic language, so it is much easier to learn them at the same time, although I believe that he used to speak German before!! :)

Note: many people in this video speak Skånska (Scanian dialects), which is why some of them pronounce R as a uvular trill and many vowels as diphtongs.

I guess ''pluggar'' comes from an age old farmers activity of ''plugging land'' which is also the same in English. With time it has become ''to study'' at least in informal setting
