I want to share a recipe that my family absolutely loves!! I make this when we go camping. I usually use an aluminum pan and cook it on the grill. Start by slicing your tomatoes and layering them in the pan. I usually make two layers. Pour one small bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing over the tomoatoes. Then cover with parmesan cheese. I make sure I use the entire bottle of parmesan because when it cooks it gets ooey gooey!! Cover with foil and put on the grill. let the tomatoes cook down with the dressing and the cheese melts and browns on the top. I have also cooked this in the oven at home. It is amazing!!! My kids love it!! I hope you try it.

Definitely trying the tomatoes!!. I dont drink alcohol but I love Blueberry lemonade..Crystal Light use to have a flavor pack. Sliders look good too. I have cut my carbs but could eat thw chicken and have the tomatoes..yummy dinner. Have fun. We leave next week for our ten day camping trip in the Smokies..
