Heidi you know what I would really love to see, you showing us how to paint a fruit actually I learned On My Own by cutting open an orange an apple and laying out some grapes and bananas and very carefully watching how the light hit. That was the most important thing in making it look 3D the lighting. I ended up buying some terracotta bowls and painting them white and some of them gold with gold leaf and then painting fruit all the way around and giving them out as fruit bowls for gifts exclamation point they were a hit and I kept one for myself it's over 20 years old now and I'm still amazed how I just taught myself to do it. Just like calligraphy having a skill for just simple Artistry is quite rewarding❤❤❤ I know you do. And you're right about calligraphy I got a kid a while back and learned that myself as well
