Love this! My hair is a little more course and when I wear it “smooth” I get soooo many compliments I bet you do too! We can look like a completely different person. 😻

Also side note I had my hairdresser thin out my hair and told them "thin it out like you've never thinned out someone's hair in your life" and I love it! It has cut down dry and style time tremendously! Something to try for those with uber thick locks

I just can’t get the hang of using a clamp and sliding your hair through. I’m either pulling my hair or then I make it too loose that it falls out. Lol I feel so ridiculous that I just can’t get the hang of it. 😂

I have the same hair texture and thickness as you. I just started using Obliphica Seaberry Hair Mask. It leaves my hair very smooth (not puffy at all) and it's not expensive.

Wow... we are hair twins. I also have large and in charge thick and textured long hair (Cuban girl struggle-lol). I do a very similar technique with a large barrel curling iron and use the olaplex 6 and 7 as well but just picked up some of the spray wax. Great video. So exciting to see someone with my hair. 😁

OMG! I have the same exact hair type, but I always just straighten it because I can never curl it right. I also HATE those little baby hairs in the front. Im defiantly buying that spray. Thnx girl! 😘

We have the same hair texture! Mine is enormous after blow-drying. I love hot rollers for the same look, but you're 100% right the smoothing needs to happen before. Also HO HO HO MFers! Just the holiday spirit I needed on this Sunday morning 😜

I recently started to use the T3 iron (because I got it from Costco for a good price) and I love it, but it is only 1.25". Do you think I could pull this off with the 1.25 barrel? ion Weightless Shine Creme( smells like cake), It’s at Sally’s. Also Chi total protect they smooth protect and help with frizz.

When did this method come about? We’ve always had the clamp iron but we always did the roll up from the bottom. When you flip it the other way I feel like it’s going against the clamp but it’s not.

I love it long. I remember cutting 6 inches off like 2 years ago i think idk. It worked for a while but i missed my long hair. Now it’s down my back and I’m like thank goodness!! Lol. I don’t like blowing it out or anything lol lol 😂 but when i do I’m in love.

Gorgeous. I tried the olaplex oil and the oribe gold lust (which was about $60) and sadly both left me really unimpressed and disappointed. I’m still using them up because, like you also said, money was spent on them lol. The oribe makes my hair really greasy and I use so little (I don’t even pump product out because it’s way too much so instead I just twist cap off and dab the tiniest amount but still just does nothing too great or blows me away.) I’m desperately searching for a hair oil that actually works, lol. I also don’t have thin hair, so the tiniest amount shouldn’t leave it looking greasy.

If want a great curling iron that holds curls for SUPER thick naturally wavy, frizzy hair try the FHI curling iron. A stylist for a wedding I was in used it (has a red barrel, black handle) and I was shocked the curls actually stayed bc my hair type is identical to yours and the curls didn't fall out like w/ my crap Hot Tools wand. I asked her what it was and she said FHI. My clip less NuMe wand set is the only other iron that gives me curls that last days but a curling iron w/ a clip gives a diff look than a wand. Most irons' and wavers' effects fall out on my thick coarse hair by day's end and loosen before I'm even thru curling. So of course I had to Google the FHI iron as soon as I got home.

Haha me watching the vid: I love your hair vids I also have thick hair omg Although its not as curly but its def not smooth! I also use the Briogeo line and wash my hair every 8 day the last day its in a bun with a hair mask I use olaplex #6 aswell swear by it! It lasts me 5-6 months I also brush my hair with conditionner in or else its impossible! Aaaaaand Ive been using the Aquis hair turban and towels forever it reduced my blow drying time by a lot! I think we are on to something! Love the curls! @_head_over_wheels_ on insta!
