Sure! There is a nice way on how to do the retwist using wax. The technique prevents the hair from locking hence minimizing breakages

Hi Martin, i live in the US but got temporary locs while visiting Nairobi. It’s been 3 months of growth - is it safe to retouch my roots by interlocking further, and still remove using this method? Or is it better to take them out now while I still only have one starter loc per dread? Thanks!

@@martinunix Thank you, I usually do the interlock 3-6-9 method. Where I am I think I’m the best Loctician around, there’s barely any braiding shops or anything and the ones I see I wouldn’t let them touch my hair for free. Some of the styles I see them doing I just think about the damage and how much it looks like it hurts. 😭 I’ll probably have to travel.

After you remove the temporary dreadlocks, can you wash and reuse them again?

Nop.... Not conditioner..... That's a Product purposely made for deep-cleaning dreadlocks....an acid (like apple cider vinegar), a base (like baking soda), or a combination of the two to remove “nasties” that don't belong in your locs.

My hair is long , you can't cut the locs, then the locs arw a year old it has grown longer. How can i undo?

Pick one loc strand and guess the length of grafting point. Try give it some more room from that point.... Cut off and apply some detox to get rid of buildups then use a pointed tool to comp slowly. Now after identifying where your natural hair starts you can go ahead and undo the rest. Thank me later.
