Tip: if you like cilantro (coriander) and hot chiles I recommend marinating diced fresh cilantro and a bit of red and green chiles in lime or lemon juice for 30-40 minutes before adding the scallops, shrimp, clams or your choice of fish or seafood (octopus and calamari are better if boiled beforehand). If you like to, add salt since the start. Onion can also be added diced any way you want. Saludos.

I'm sure 99 percent of scallops have been frozen unless you live near ocean n get fresh scallops
