Yum, yum, yummy 😋 Sounds delicious & so easy to create. I’m originally from Ider Alabama & I had no clue on how to cook this unique, and delightful squash. I now reside in the Los Angeles area & a friend gave me 6 of these delightful creatures. LOL 😂 I’m soooooo excited to roast these spectacular squash. The skin is edible. The skin becomes soft after the squash is cooked.
