Also if you use raidens rage talisman I think it makes you immune to the projectiles. Least that’s how it was for me

Bro, i have this talisman, and i have never thought about this. 😭

I had that “This relic doesn’t seem useful” moment and of course tossed it There is another relic that does show up in the central mesa shop that has a similar effect. However, it does have a downside that reads “if time runs out you lose”. So I’m wondering if I used that would it work? Or would I lose since this mission involves time running out?

There is multiple relics and Konsumables that are sold at the gateway mesa shop that make you immune to projectiles as well. You just have to catch them on rotation which is a pain lol.

You might have it. It's from this season, and it's the one that says, "the player starts at kritical health" and is immune to projectiles.

I got it in Shang Tsung's Lab but can't remember from what fight/chest it was. I honestly didn't even pay attention what the Relic actually did until I got stuck on this time trail.

It's the chest right behind the barrier you clear after beating the "Playing Catch" Klue by using Darrius Kameo Brutality in Shang Tsung's Lab (2nd floor).
