3 types of roti carrot/palak/beetroot Ingredients
Wheat flour 1 cup
Bajra flour ½ cup
Jowar flour ½ cup
Chaat Masala 1 tsp
Salt ½ tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped ½ tbsp
Black salt ½ tbsp
Palak 1 cup
Carrot 2 pcs
Beetroot boiled 2 pcs
Olive oil ¼ cup
White Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp
Method
On a plate, add wheat flour, jowar flour, bajri flour, salt, ajwain and mix them.
Divide this into 3 portions.
Carrot roti
Clean and peel the carrots.
Grate carrots and keep aside.
Take one portion and mix grated carrots, water and knead a tight dough. Keep this dough aside.
Make small portions of kneaded dough.
Take one portion, deep in dry flour, and roll it into a flat roti.
Heat a pan, roast the roti from both the sides and lastly apply olive oil.
Serve these beetroot paratha hot.
Palak roti
Wash and clean palak leaves.
Heat a pan and boil some water. Add a pinch of salt and sugar to it.
Now put the palak leaves, boil it for 2 mins, remove and then transfer it to cold water.
Then transfer it to a mixer jar, add some water and make a fine puree of it.
Take one portion and add palak puree, chopped garlic and knead a semi soft dough.
Make small portions of kneaded dough.
Take one portion, deep in dry flour, and roll it into a flat roti.
Heat a pan, roast the roti from both the sides and lastly apply olive oil.
Serve these beetroot paratha hot.
Beetroot roti
Take another portion of the flour, add beetroot puree, chaat masala, green chilli chopped and knead a soft dough.
Make small portions of kneaded dough.
Take one portion, deep in dry flour, and roll it into a flat roti.
Heat a pan, roast the roti from both the sides and lastly apply olive oil.
Serve these beetroot paratha hot.
