Easy, Quick and Very Delicious Breakfast!! Bacon Roll Toast! All-Purpose Yogurt Sauce!

This is bacon roll toast made by rolling bacon. I also include the delicious all-purpose yogurt sauce. This goes well with toast as well as salad.
Ingredient :
1. Eggs
2. Sliced bread
3. Cheese (mozzarella, cheddar cheese or etc.)
4. Bacon
5. Yogurt sauce: Greek yogurt, onion, whole grain mustard, honey, lemon juice
* The toast is delicious even if you eat it without yogurt sauce.

Unusual looking bacon. Looks more like pressed ham. Reminds me of the canapés mom used to make with a slices of bread with cheese and a slice of bacon on top. Broiled under the element the bacon crisps, the cheese carmalizes and the edges of the bread toast. Makes for a great treat :)

This looks delicious! I think, personally, I would probably roll the breadrolls in the egg also before wrapping it in bacon. And maybe adding some ground pepper and parsley to the egg mix also. And it could also be rolled in panko after the second dip with the eggs..
