@@WaliKhan_2k insurance is critical but you know insurance cost has been on the rise too. Also with the rainfall property values will plummet while costs will go up creating a new trouble .

@@sarwarkhan1185 investment comes with risks - that’s no brainer. In Canada the car insurance cost is 12x the car insurance cost in Dubai - one should know what they are signing up for. Same for real estate!
