    Quick tip, next time sand the whole dowel BEFORE you cut it into little pieces. That way you’ll only have to round off the ends. You also could have stained the board and the dowels first.

    Don’t forget to raise the grain before final sanding so the grain won’t get fuzzy when they clean with water

    @@jascogoods you're welcome.. I have a question. How do you come up with the plans? Do you use Sketchup or sketch book and just figure it out? Or just trial and error?

    I'm sorry I'm just seeing your comment, KZread was only showing me new comments until I just found the setting! I just think of the plans and use graph paper to draw them out and figure the details. normally ill look at stuff I want to build and then figure out the dimensions with my tape measure.
