I made the viral feta pasta and I have an improvement for. I tried making it and the tomato peels bothered me a lot. Either you blend the sauce after baking everything instead of smashing with a fork or you boil the tomatoes for like 10 seconds and peel them before baking. It it much smoother that way.

@@khloeyaragon5901 do the same thing with zucchini or eggplant cut in cubes, replace oregano with onion powder and basil leaves (you add the garlic though), bake it like the original recipe and after blend everything and you got yourself a roast vegetable feta pasta 😘😘😘😘😘😘

With the feta pasta I recommend adding some bell pepper slices and onion! Adds some more flavor!

The first recipe is soooo good 😋 I made it today with some minor changes like adding bell peppers and some more spices and it tasted awesome 🤩

Lol at the girl talking about adding vodka to the sauce… “Gigi didn’t add vodka, maybe because she was pregnant but I’m not gonna add vodka because I don’t drink.” 😂😂😂 For anyone who doesn’t understand why this is funny: When you cook with vodka, or wine etc., it literally cooks all of the alcohol out of whatever you’re making if you do it correctly. It’s estimated that after only about 15 minutes of heat, less than 40% of the alcohol is actually left. So if you want to completely rid yourself of the alcohol content, 30-45 minutes should do it. Even if you don’t cook it that long though, the remaining alcohol content would be so low in the dish that you’d have to consume GALLONS to even cop a buzz lol.
