Mango Dessert Ingredients -
(Cup size - 200 ml)
1 tablespoon Gelatin (soak in 4 tbsp water)
4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) granulated Sugar
1 tablespoon Butter (if butter is unsalted add a pinch of salt)
1/2 liter Full Fat Milk (500 ml)
1 cup Milk powder
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Method
1. Place gelatin and water in a pan and let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Add 1/4 cup sugar. Heat on low heat or microwave until sugar dissolves.
3. Remove from heat and add butter. Stir and set aside.
4. Combine milk and milk powder. Bring to a boil and turn off heat.
5. Beat gelatin mixture for 2 to 3 minutes. Add milk to the mixture and continue to beat on low speed until well combined.
6. Add vanilla extract.
7. Pour in to container, cover and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
8. After 3 to 4 hours remove and blend the semi frozen mixture until smooth.
9. Pour again into the container and freeze till set. Sprinkle pieces of mango or roasted dry fruits.
10. Serve and Enjoy!
