I tried this fried rice! If came out veryy good but I think I should have tried it with basmati rice, but I tried it with normal rice, so if anyone wants to try it then I would recommend to try it with basmati rice

Wait until the paneer is dry before putting it on a kadayi...or use pan instead with good grease
